Welcome to Jay Capital FX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to mentorship, trading signals, educational content, affiliate marketing, and Introducing Broker (IB) programs. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use any of our services.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under Zimbabwean laws and regulations.

  • Tailored to all levels (beginner to pro)
  • Delivered online or 1-on-1, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday: 08:00 to 21:00; Friday: 08:00 to 13:00
  • Platforms used: WhatsApp, Discord
    • Signials
  • Delivered via WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or 1-on-1 communication
  • Three times a week
  • 85%+ accuracy (Profits not guaranteed)
  • Monthly subscription model
    • Educational Material
  • Access only after payment
  • Includes booklets (soft & hard copy), prerecorded videos, live online classes
    • Psychology Sessions
  • Focused on trader mindset and discipline, delivered privately or in groups
    • Affiliate & IB Services
  • Affiliate Program: Promotion of broker services and advertisements
  • Introducing Broker Services: We provide broker exposure in Zimbabwe and other regions where we operate

    • 3. Services Delivery

  • Services operate only during business hours listed above
  • No mentorship or signals provided on local public holidays or global forex market holidays

    • 4. Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required upfront before service access
  • Accepted methods:

  • No refunds will be provided once payment is made
  • Signal Access lasts for one month

  • Do not redistribute, resell or misrepresent Jay Capital FX content
  • Do not share access to your account or mentorship content
  • You are fully responsible for your trading desicions

    • 7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, brand materials, educational resources, and communications are the exclusive property of Jay Capital FX
  • No copying,redistribution, resale or modification is allowed without written consent

    • 8. Prohibited Use

    You agree not to:
    • Commit fraud or use services for illegal activites
    • Engage in abusive behavior in froup discussions or platforms
    • Violate local or internations laws using our platform

    9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store: Name,Contact Info,Email and Payment Details
  • All data is securely stored on Jay Capital FX`s private servers
  • We comply with the Data Protection Act (DPA) of Zimbabwe
  • Your data will not be sold or shared without your consent

    • 10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time
  • Clients will be notified before and after changes via email and SMS
  • Continues use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms

    • 11. Termination

  • Jay Capital FX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms
  • No refunds will be issues upon termination due to user misconduct

    • 12. Limitaiton of Liability

  • Jay Capital FX is not liable for any financial losses incurred from following mentorship, signals or trading decisions
  • We do not uarantee access during technical downtimes or holidays

    • 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe
  • In case of disputes, we prefer resolution through mediation or arbitration before formal legal action
